Bali Art Retreat 2021 Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these terms and conditions shall mean Art at Heart Pty Ltd Trustee for the Bonvie Trust, operating through the website, which will be referred to as Art at Heart. References to “you” and/or “your” in these terms and conditions shall mean the client booked into and planning to attend the Bali Art Retreat.

The Terms and Conditions in this agreement relate to the Bali Art Retreat provided by Art at Heart. The Bali Art Retreat referred to in this agreement will or has taken place from Mar/2021 to Apr/2021.

By booking into Bali Art Retreat 2021, you agree with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement.

Flights: We will arrange and book flights on your behalf into and out of Bali on the closet dates available to the Bali Art Retreat dates stated above. Upon your request, we may be able to book a different flight day or time for you. Third Party fees and surcharges may apply to changes and you will be responsible for all of these charges.

Once we provide you with your flight tickets (whether in electronic form or otherwise), you are responsible for keeping a copy and having access to the tickets. You are responsible for bringing your tickets and all other travel documentation, including passports and Visas, to the airport.

You may choose to book your own flights into and out of Bali. In this case, we hold no responsibility for your flight bookings or payments.

Accommodation: We will arrange and book accommodation in Bali on your behalf for the duration of the advertised dates of the Bali Art Retreat you have booked. We are not responsible for any unforeseen events leading to you being unable to use the arranged accommodation or for any loss such as financial by you in such a circumstance.

The assignment of rooms and/or villas is at the sole discretion of Art at Heart.

Any additional fees or charges related to the accommodation and services or due to damage of the accommodation facilities will be your responsibility and you agree to waiver Art at Heart of any responsibility.

Workshops: Art at Heart will supply all materials and information required to participate in the art workshop activities. Art at Heart is not liable for any replacement, refund or repair or payment for any damages or losses incurred to any equipment you are supplied to keep, unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law (in which case our obligation will be limited to the remedies required of us under the applicable law). You are responsible to pay for any damages or losses to equipment that you borrow from Art at Heart during the Bali Art Retreat.

You are required to supply your own camera or camera device, such as a phone, for the photography activities. Art at Heart is not liable for any loss or damage incurred to your photography supplies and equipment.

No refunds will be given to any attendees if you do not participate for whatever reason in all or any of the art or photography workshop activities.

There will be some additional costs that you will need to pay when you choose to participate in optional activities such as excursions.

Art at Heart is not liable for damage to luggage, possessions or persons.

Insurance: All costs associated with insurance are not covered in the booking cost of the Bali Art Retreat.
It is your responsibility to arrange your own travel insurance. It is also your responsibility to provide us with a copy of your policy for safety reasons. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to arrange suitable travel insurance.

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage you may experience in connection with our Bali Art Retreat and you agree to waiver any financial and legal proceedings against Art at Heart.

Costs: Bookings are not secured until a deposit of at least AU$500 is paid to us with each individual’s booking. You are required to pay the entire invoice by no later than 60 days before the advertised date of arrival in Bali, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Cancellations: All monies paid are non-refundable.

Privacy: As a condition of us providing the services related to the Bali Art Retreat, you may be required to provide confidential or personal information. All written and oral information and materials disclosed or provided by you will be recorded and used for the purpose of providing services related to the Bali Art Retreat.

In order to provide you with flights, accommodation and other activities, we may share some of your personal information with a Third Party. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, passport details and/or medical conditions. This does not include any financial information.

If you have any questions or concerns about privacy of your information, you must contact us before you book. By booking into Bali Art Retreat 2021, you give us permission to share relevant information with Third Parties in order to provide you with the services outlined in this agreement.

Disputes: If any dispute arises between you and us, the laws of Australia will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia in Queensland and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts.

Amendments: Amendments or modifications to these Terms and Conditions can only be made in writing and must be signed by both parties, Art at Heart and you.
